Velocity, angular momentum, ground reaction force estimations, and stride consistency metrics all come together to offer a detailed view of gait efficiency and joint e fficiency , helping users and providers optimize alignment, enhance performance, and prevent injury through better-informed movement insights. Our alignment metrics focus on tracking joint movement and overall posture, helping ensure the body moves efficiently. This includes analyzing open and closed kinetic chain motions, measuring the range of motion throughout the body, and assessing alignment consistency across varied activities. Alignment metrics include efficacy scores for natural alignment, ensuring optimal joint loading and reduced injury risk. To improve movement and endurance, we measure how the body uses energy, engages muscles, and maintains balance. Energy expenditure tracks calories used, muscle activation reveals engagement and coordination, while stride symmetry and a fatigue index assess balanced movement and endurance.
